How much reimbursement should I ask for?

I got hit by a car on my bike about 3 weeks ago while I was crossing a crosswalk and a lady who seems to be in her 60's or 70's ran a red turning light. She hit me going about 10 mph and knocked me over. I got a sprained ankle, 2 abrasions and big bruises on my left leg, as well as several other more minor bruises, and hurt my pinkie and ring finger knuckles which I think might have also been sprained. I had to wear a brace for my ankle for a few weeks and my ankle and hand still hurt a bit. The bruises are almost completely gone, but they left lumps of scar tissue under the skin where the 2 abrasions and bruises are, about and inch in diameter each. I have to contact the lady's insurance rep to give them information for reimbursements on my insurance as well as possibly receiving some payment for repairing my bike. I was also thinking of asking for some money purely for "suffering." How much should I ask for? Is it even possible to get money from the lady's insurance?
