Is my friend 'pive-aggressive'??

Nearly 2 years ago I emigrated & landed up living close to a friend of 30yrs but hadn't seen in 9 yrs. After a short time, I began sensing that she was disappointed in my friendship... sarcastic comments, rolling of the eyes when I was busy, comments she made to mutual friends, etc. (she avoids confrontation at all costs)Even though I was trying to make sense of my new world, I tried hard to be there for her. Oneday I decided to phone her to clear the air between us & told her "I hadn't moved here for her"which, I was told, caused her to have an emotional break down. I apologised, took her flowers, texted her to have coffee,sent her a card... She has cut off all communication with me &has accused me of being "an out of control, irrational adult,that I need to look at the way I treat people, she no longer tusts/respects me, I damaged her self esteem",and so the list goes on. She accepts no reponsibilty for her emotional state or the situation between us. I want to understand her.
