I'm a heavy athlete as I am constantly busy with school and sports. On average, i do about 2 hours a day of physical activity, 2 hours of sports, and lift weights for 1.5 hours. Now, I want to start doing P90x Ab Ripper and i know it's bad if you over train muscles but if I was to do it once a day, would that be too strenuous on me instead then once every two days? I also take a protein shake and 25g of Glutamine a day.
