What do you think Family tries to get marriage license for 13-year-old She's pregnant by man, 27?

A 13 year old having with a 27 year old? Thats just not right, if she was d by him then i would feel sorry for her but if she wasn't then..sorry but i just don't feel bad, its there fault.
