Weight loss advice!!?

hi, i was just wondering if i could get an estimation on how long it will take me to lose a stone. Recently i cut out carbs and basically ate yoghurt, omlette and salad for a week and i lost 3 lbs, but i gained it back when i reintroduced carbs, so this time i am taking a different approach- if i cut out white carbs, eat plenty of vegetables and fruit, go to a (sweat inducing) aerobics cl once a week as well as going jogging once a week and to the gym once a week, how long will it take me to lose 14lbs? I know everyone's body is different so i'm just looking for an estimate- also if anyone has any weight loss tips that's be great

If Pac does retire, he will definitely be missed by the boxing community. However, the Phillipines is at a point where they need a great leader such as Pac to step up and help them get through their current situation. I just hope him the best and I hope he does such a great job that all of the people who voted for him won't be disappointed in him. Is it okay for my dog to eat hamburger from a taco?

Today, I was scraping out my plate after lunch (the hamburger from my taco fell out), and my puppy (Missy, 3 or 4-month old Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mix) ate some of the hamburger that I dropped. Is she going to be okay? My mom told me that she would have the runs. (I'm not trying to gross you out) Will she really have the runs?

My concern would be that your incision site did not heal well or properly and that it may rupture during labor or delivery. You don't mention how long it has been since baby #3 was born. I would go with a c-section and make it clear that you suffered from an infection the last time. Your doctor would most likely put you on prophylactic antibiotics for at least a week prior to the c-section or give you I.V. antibiotics during and after the birth, (provided you had a bacterial infection). Antibiotics are ineffective against viral infections. During a c-section it is easy to have your tubes cut and tied so that you do not get pregnant again since you have had a few different problems with your pregnancies and births.
