Brownish Runny Discharge Coming Out Of My ?

My period ended about a week ago, and now i have just started having light brown liquidy discharge coming out of my ? i can't feel it start and it just starts running. I'm not ually active, but I did partake in ual activity last night. Can someone tell me what's going on?
