What to write in a submission against driving probation?

Im 17 and have my Learners driving licence in British Columbia. My road test for my N is on the 21st. I received a " Notice of Intent to Prohibit" which means that i can be prohibited from driving for 4 months, due to an unsatisfactory driving record. I have an option to write a letter that provides reasons why the prohibition should not be imposed or should be for a shorter term, and i need some tips on what to write. Thanks.
