What to do about relationship?

I am an 18 year old male and I happen to be having strong feelings for a woman that is 30 and she feels the same way about me. We are very comfortable with each other and have had twice now but we have to be very discreet about our relationship as so certain people don't find out such as mom etc. The sneaking around is making people suspicious about us and we had a long talk about what is going on. She says that she has feelings towards me but the age difference is what is making it frustrating. We are not sure about what we should do because we will only be able to be together until the summer because she is moving to another city and I am leaving for college in another city. Is this whole relationship wrong because of the ages? We are not sure what to do because of these obstacles to overcome. Original plan was to go visit her at her new house after college and see where that takes us but we are worried we are getting too emotionally attached. Any suggestions about all of this? Sorry for the rant I am just frustrated and thinking out loud
