What is the estimation amount to construct an independent house in hyderabad?

Well first off u will need a building permit i don't know how much that will cost or how long it will take to get one but i am sure u will need that,as for the cost of your house it depends on what kind of materials u want to use eg (cement),(wood) etc. u need to figure that out,next thing u need to figure out is how fast u need your house to be built thats how u can determine how much laborers u will need normally u will have to hire one contractor and pay him alone he will be responsible for finding the laborers and paying them from the payment he receives,features of your house will also determine the cost eg how many rooms,building kitchen cupboards basement,patio,laying tiles there is alot of factors that will affect the pricing i suggest u plot out everything u want or need from your house first then check with a contractor have him draw out an estimate for u after the estimate u will be able to determine how much it will cost for the materials u need if its going to cost too much then u can make the necessary changes to work with your budget,make sure u have every detail before u go to the contractor because they can use u if u do not know what u are doing, check more than one contractors, and go with the one u think is giving u a fair price but a good job,do as much research as possible before u make your move eg height of house,width of house,length of house,window size/patterns,type of roof/size,materials for construction wood/concrete,there are alot of other things u need to look into i think u should Google everything then go to a contractor and have him do the estimate for u i wish u luck in your future home.
