How to address harment by security personnel, police men, chauffeurs, auto drivers?

I am being hared by some security fellows who stand idly doing nothing at building gates, by some roguish looking policemen sometimes. They glare or do some intimidating act when I p, some security fellows go pee right in front of me when I p. Also some car drivers standing idly, waiting for the owners and some auto drivers loudly spit in front of me when I p. I feel someone is saying some bad things about me and making these people provoke me for no reason. Then they say I get angry or behave badly.. How to stop this kind of harment by these dirty fellows? I do not care who they are and I know I am well above any of their characters or behaviour, and this is deliberate and on purpose to push, bully and harass good women, so that they can be thrown out of the competition. I am determined to expose the way this network is happening and how these kind of fellows are able to follow me everywhere and deliberately put provoking situations in front of me wherever I go and how they can get police and security on their side to do such atrocities.
