Has anyone heard of this book?

I can't remember the title or author, and it's driving me crazy! It's written by two female authors. It seems like typical chick lit but with a literary twist. The main character has an obsession with reading. It has a yellow cover, and there's a stack of books. I want to say it has the word literacy in the title. Something like literacy in LA. There's another book by the same authors, except it has a white cover with red books. Any ideas?
