Computer account problem>?! please answer.?

i've accidentally used a sweeper to clear off my doents and settings folder now my whole system is going berserk. my other account is not affected and i tried creating a new one but they are all problematic right now. can i transfer all the files from my acc to the other acc and i delete it.
