Can i do anything about my landlord being nosey, as in driving by my house everyday?

My family and I just rented our dream house close to the lake. We are renting through a real estate company who goes through the home owner. I was talking to my new neighbors and they informed us that no one has lived in my house for over 2 years because my landlord is so nosey. They said there was once a man who lived there, and one day when he was at work, my landlords husband let himself in with a key, and drank beer out of the mans fridge. Another incident, a woman who lived there for only a month, fixed the yard of very nicely with landscaping and flowers and such, and when the homeowner saw the yard looking nice, she told the tenant that she wanted to sale the home and she had 30 days to leave the premises. The landowner then went through a real estate company and the real estate company signed a one year lease with us. My neighbors told me yesterday that the home owner drove by the house three separate times yesterday when we weren't home. She has also let her self in without permission on several other tenants and they didn't put up with this, so they moved. The real estate company has yet to tell us any of this and i haven't mentioned it to them yet because we aren't fully moved in and not living in the home yet. If this home owner keeps doing this can i do anything about it? I figured it is an invasion of privacy. It would get very annoying having your landlord driving by everyday, but i have a 2year old child, and her coming in the house without permission is entirely unacceptable. Can i do anything to ensure my family is not aggravated by her? I can handle her driving by my house, but would like to put a stop to it. We don't engage in any illegal activity, and we aren't nasty people at all, we very clean about the way we live. She shouldn't have any reason to be driving by my house, right?
