Why is the international community not intervening in Zimbabwe?

The dictatorship of Mugabe has destroyed all sytems in Zimbabwe, a country which used to be a jewel of Africa. The health system has collapsed, human rights abuses are rampant, the economy is in a crisis (with inflation at 1200% in a war free zone). The country needs the help of the UN, or US, Britain, IMF, World Bank!! And the dictatorshp needs to be ousted.
