Getting rid of a hickey!!!! I'm so F****** help me!?

How do you get rid of it? I applied an ice pack for 10 minutes. Then I combed it with a comb for 5 minutes, and I just used a pen cap and twisted it for like 3 minutes...is that enough or should I do it longer?? any other ideas!!??
