Emergency HELP Needed...?

Ok so basicly as far as i know as you described it there is only 1 thing i can think of: stricnine poisoning. Tet and meningites i think you allready ruled out. Epilepsy...i think too fast onset and shown on the eeg, and CNS lesions would appear on Brain MRI. Hypocalcemia? Uraemia? can't say when you didn't give more info.
